Semester Dues

$475 tuition due by first day of rehearsal. 

*Creavo - add $150 to semester tuition. 

*Voices of Rhythm Prep/Int - add $175 to semester tuition.

*Voices of Rhythm I- add $250 to semester tuition. 

*Voices of Rhythm II - add $250 to semester tuition. 

Sibling Discount

If you have two or more children in the VOENA Choir, we offer a generous sibling discount:  $100 discount for the 2nd child, $225 discount for the third child and no charge for the fourth child or additional children.

Payment Options

Payments are accepted by PayPal at the time of registration. PayPal allows for payments via Visa, MasterCard, or e-check. The preferred method of payment is through PayPal. 

Physical checks will be accepted for tuition fees with an additional $30 processing fee that must be submitted at the time of registration. Checks that do not include this fee will be returned and registration will be deemed late. Registration is not valid until both the tuition and processing fees are received. Checks can be mailed to VOENA, PO Box 1893 Benicia CA 94510. Checks must be mailed and may not be turned in to liaisons at rehearsals. 

If you owe fundraising fees from last semester, you would have already received a bill. Please ensure this is paid separately via check mailed to PO Box 1893, Benicia CA 94510 with a note stating what the payment is for. Ensure that this payment is also paid by the registration deadline. 

Late Fees

A late fee of $25 is charged for payments overdue 1-7 days. A late fee of $50 will be charged for payments overdue 8-14 days. After 14 days, for liability reasons, the member cannot participate at rehearsals. Returned Check Fees: $50.00 per each returned check.

Refund Policy

Tuition is non-refundable with the following exceptions: 

If a member leaves the choir after one rehearsal, but prior to their second rehearsal, $100 cancellation fee will be deducted and the balance of the tuition will be refunded. If a member leaves the choir after two rehearsals, $250 will be deducted and the balance of the tuition will be refunded. 

The member must notify the director in writing ( prior to the deadlines above if they would like a refund. Exceptions can be made by the director to refund tuition for extreme circumstances. For example, if the member leaves due to serious illness or injury. This is decided on a case-by-case basis. 

If a member is asked to leave the choir for any reasons, the same withdrawal refund policy applies.
